"I wasn’t sure about this and thought we’d give it a try just for the heck of it. She LOVES it. Coach Troy keeps the kids moving the whole time - he is a really positive person and tries to meet each kid where they are. In addition to being good exercise, there’s a lot of focus on body awareness and auditory processing skills. There is an assistant coach with Ds who is also great and I love seeing our adult self-advocates mentor our younger kids. If you are on the fence I encourage you to try!"
